Transport NSW Opal Platform design. A logged in responsive platform where users can keep track of Opal cards, monitor transport activity, update their profile and easily top up on go.
I was brought on-site at TFNSW to lead the UX & UI and establish best working practices with the inner team. I also worked along side another UX UI designer, Morgan Coyle and together we transformed Opal.
We had some challenges due to an existing development foundation, which dictated the UX & UI approach to an extent but we were still able to create a clean and easy to use experience.
